Puppy Deposit

We would like to speak with you over the phone to ask some questions to get to know you and to see if you're a good match for one of our babies. It also gives you a great chance to ask us any questions, and to tell us what you're looking for. If for some reason we are busy and can't answer please leave us a voicemail or a text and we will get back with you. After you're approved and you choose to move forward, you will submit your non refundable $600 deposit. We only use Zelle for the deposit. If there are no puppies available then you will go on our waiting list. This deposit does go towards the final payment. Once the reservation fee is paid then your spot on our waiting list is reserved. We have a lot of amazing families reaching out to us daily. We try to wait and give you as much time as possible to put down your deposit, but when there are other awesome families wanting that same puppy then we can't make any promises.
    Your remaining balance will be due at exactly 8 weeks old through Zelle. We will call you right after their vet exam & then payment will be due then. Your contract will be signed as well during week 7 before payment is due, (which includes a spay/neuter clause within 12 months & a 1 year health guarantee). Please call your bank to see if you have a daily or weekly limit on Zelle and change it if you have to. It is your job to make sure your puppy is paid on the day of their vet appointment. No exeptions aloud. If we are flying your puppy out then final payment is due at 7 weeks. It is extra $$$ to fly your puppy out. We also can meet you an hour out from Mayo Fl at no extra cost if you would like. We also will meet you at the Jacksonville or Gainesville Fl airport at no extra cost. If you can't pickup your dog right at 8 weeks thats absolutely fine. We keep them for free up until 9 weeks, then after that they will enter into our boarding program & it will be $25 a night. We do board dogs that have come from our program as well for our families when they travel. If a puppy has already had their vet exam and you are wanting to claim that puppy then payment will be due in full instead of just a deposit. We also offer Kingston's Academy where they will be enrolled into our 2 week puppy training program that starts at 8 weeks old for extra $$$. Click here to see whats included!
